What is Petite Eats?

Petite Eats is a one-person operation specializing in gourmet bite-sized treats, including cookies, cupcakes, and custom cakes. Each treat is made with high-quality ingredients and big flavors.

Where are you located?

Petite Eats is an online-based bakery. All orders are made fresh and available for local pickup, delivery (in select areas), or nationwide shipping.

Do you have a storefront?

No, Petite Eats operates as an online bakery. However, I occasionally offer pop-up sales and special events—stay tuned by following me on social media or signing up for my newsletter!

Ordering & Shipping

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through the Petite Eats website. Simply browse the available treats, add items to your cart, and complete checkout.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes! Cookies are available for nationwide shipping. Shipping rates range between $13-$17, depending on your location and order size.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For standard orders, at least 72 hours' notice is required. Large or corporate orders may require additional time—please reach out for details.

Do you offer corporate orders?

Yes! Corporate orders start at a minimum of three dozen cookies, with a reasonable discount for bulk purchases. All cookies are individually packaged and labeled for freshness. If you’re interested, please contact me.

Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

Local pickup is available in Dallas, Texas. Limited local delivery may be available—please inquire before placing an order.

Can I customize my order?

At this time, I only offer my signature cookie flavors for corporate and bulk orders. Custom flavors or treats are not available unless specifically requested.

What types of treats do you offer?

Petite Eats specializes in:

  • Cookies (Signature flavors include toffee chip, espresso chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and strawberry oatmeal)

  • Custom Cakes

Do you offer nut-free or gluten-free options?

At this time, all products are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. I cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.

Do you have vegan or dairy-free options?

Currently, Petite Eats does not offer vegan or dairy-free options.

How should I store my cookies?

Cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature or frozen for up to 3 months for longer storage.

Policies & Payments

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, cancellations are non-refundable.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your treats so I can make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit/debit cards through the website.

Do you collaborate with brands or offer sponsorships?
