Design is dynamic. As a designer, my goal is to create meaningful impact through continuous improvement, thoughtful insights, and user-centered adjustments.
My approach
My design process is anchored in empathy and user-centered thinking, shaped by years of hands-on experience in both hospitality and UX. I believe that meaningful design stems from understanding users’ needs and simplifying complex workflows. My strengths lie in combining strategic insights with creative problem-solving, making thoughtful design choices that impact real-world experiences.

Before the Shift
Career Transition • Pre-UX Design
In 2022, I made the leap into UX by completing General Assembly’s 6-month UX Career Track Bootcamp.
Before this, I built a career in hospitality and operations, including roles as a Starbucks manager and as a Food and Nutrition Services Coordinator with the NYC Department of Education. Leading teams, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance taught me critical soft skills in problem-solving, communication, and efficiency. Later, as a Support Analyst for the SBA CARES Act, I honed a user-first approach that now drives my design work with empathy and precision.
Passion project
Petite Eats Big Flavors
Petite Eats Big Flavors is a cookbook I created to make cooking accessible and enjoyable for everyone, especially for millennials in marginalized communities. This collection brings together my most popular recipes, complete with easy-to-follow instructions, kitchen tips, and even knife skills basics. My goal is to inspire confidence in the kitchen and share the flavors that have resonated most with my community. After months of refining and testing, this book is now available to help more people discover the joy of cooking.
