From Prep to Project: A New Chapter in My Journey
If you’ve been following my journey, you know food has always been my first love. But just like in the kitchen, growth often means stepping into new roles and trying bold new recipes for success.
What’s interesting is how much this new role still feels like being in the kitchen. Planning, coordinating, problem-solving, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes are all skills I’ve carried with me. Whether I’m helping bring a restaurant idea to life or improving how teams work together, I still rely on empathy, creativity, structure, and a strong sense of hospitality.
Petite Eats is still very much alive. It continues to be my creative outlet, my connection to community, and a reminder of where I started. This new chapter just gives me a broader view. I’m learning how to shape experiences from the ground up and build systems that support both guests and teams.
Growth doesn’t always mean starting over. Sometimes it means using the same ingredients in a new way.
Thank you for being part of this journey. You can still shop cookies, or check out the cookbook at CateringPetiteEats.com. I hope you’ll keep following along as I build what’s next.
